This is exactly why we have a full service and repair center to serve all of your corporate or personal computer needs. Our service is simple; first we diagnose your particular issue and call you with the diagnosis along with a cost of repair. No repairs are facilitated prior to your consent. Any unforeseen charges are approved by you before they are completed. We do collect a $40 bench fee in advance before any diagnosis process is started.

One way that we continually strive to achieve this is by offering our expertise to our walk-in customers. Although we offer onsite services to our corporate customers, we don’t make “house calls” to the general public. Our Service Center offers the general public a way to bring their ailing computer equipment to our office for diagnosis and repair and ultimately receive the same expert care we offer our corporate customers.

Overview of Services Offered

Diagnostics

When you bring your laptop or desktop into our service center, we take your computer through a strict diagnostics process to discover both the source and severity of your issue. Included in our diagnostics process is a full backup of any data that hasn’t been corrupted in order to ensure that your photos, music, emails and documents won’t be lost. We require a $40 bench fee that is due when you drop your computer off. This bench fee covers the diagnostics and testing of your system. Once we have determined the source of the problem that you are experiencing, we will contact you to inform you of the issues that we found with your system and price to repair your computer.

Virus Removal

One of the most common computer issues that we see are virus infections. Viruses can attack your computer through many ways such as opening an unknown email, clicking the wrong link while searching the internet and even downloaded music and games from websites that aren’t truly trustworthy.Viruses vary in how severe the damage is that they can cause to your computer and personal information. We recommend never surfing the internet without virus protection such as Norton Anti-Virus. As important as virus protection software is, you’re still never 100% protected and should be careful when using the internet.If you begin seeing signs of a virus on your computer, please don’t hesitate to bring it into our service center. We will test your system to see how serious the infection is. Once the severity is discovered we will be able to clean your computer up and have you running smoothly once again. The price for virus removal varies depending on how many infections you have and serious they are. We will inform you of the cost for repair before moving to fix the issues.

Data Recovery

If you hard drive has failed or you are unable to access photos, videos, important documents and other files normally, we can recover those for you. Many scenarios can cause your hard drive to fail such as being struck by lightning, being attacked by a vrius or even dropping your latop. Whatever the situation may be, whether personal photos or important work documents, you need your data back. Once recovered, we can you give you your data back on one or all of the following:

  • DVDs
  • External Hard Drive
  • New Computer

Hardware

In many cases, your computer software and programs may be running just fine and true issue lies within your hardware. Your hardware is included in our diagnostics process. We sell and repair hardware for both desktop computers and laptops. All repairs are performed in-house at our service center. We take every precaution when diagnosing your computer related issues. The first order of business is to do a complete backup of your computer system so that your data is protected from the start. Before you leave with your repaired computer, we will answer your questions regarding what was completed and provide recommendations for a better overall computing experience.

When you bring your computer in for repair and complete the service worksheet, you are invited to leave your twitter account information with us. From there we can keep you up to date of the latest changes in your computers status if you request. This service is done at no additional fee.
